They are looking for intelligent and self-motivated sales professionals who are inquisitive and determined to ensure their clients receive the highest standards of service. Role will involve outbound prospecting with a view to speaking with 40 new Decision Makers weekly as well as a variety of email/inmail outreach. Outstanding industry training on offer as well an awesome mentor, she has a proven track record at developing her Team ready for the step-up into the Field. WIll be involved in appointment setting as well as closing smaller deals and rewarded with a quarterly commision structure and annual bonus and salary review. The reason for these roles are ALL due to internal promotions in fact 3 in 4 hires at this level have been promoted and typically next step up is Business Development Management which.
