VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Position - Vice President of Business Development Full-Time Salary - Contract Quota - 20 New accounts monthly Employment Agreement - Joint Venture Job description - Oversee the formation of business partnerships and negotiation of contracts, lead the companys planning and execution of strategies to increase sales equity lines of and company growth. Specific duties and responsibilities include - Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development. Essential skills/attributes of the ideal candidate - Bachelors degree and a minimum of 10 years Of professional work experience. Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagement active at once. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty. Dynamic and engaging, with a sense of humor and ability to not take oneself too seriously.
