You will be supported through the 2 years and at the end of the 2 years, you will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification that will give you a kick start into your career within Learning and Development. The ideal candidate for this position will need: GCSE’s in Maths and English Grade 4/C or above – although you can be supported to gain this level in the first year if needed. Must be a people person. Strong communication skills. Eager to learn and get stuck in. In this Learning and Development Apprenticeship you will learn how to: Facilitate new employee site inductions. Ensure the site compliance training needs are delivered and maintained: Food Safety, Health & Safety etc. Plan, organise, deliver and evaluate training. Manage training records to ensure audit compliance. Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and source training providers. Support site element of Academy, the business e-learning portal.
