I am on the lookout for a dynamic Area Manager to take these South Yorkshire locations to new heights. The responsibilities of the Area Manager Lead and coach a team of restaurant managers to excel in customer service and operational efficiency. Monitor and analyse sales, cost control, and profitability. Ensure that each location adheres to health and safety standards and company policies. Collaborate with the regional management team to set and achieve strategic goals. Implement and maintain marketing and promotional initiatives. Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional guest experiences.
