Life Labs Medical Laboratory Services is a proud Canadian company with over 50 years’ experience. We provide laboratory testing services that help healthcare providers diagnose, treat, monitor and prevent disease in patients. Life Labs is currently looking for a Medical Lab Assistant to join our team in Thunder Bay, ON (1040 Oliver Road). As a Medical Lab Assistant you will play a key role in the testing and diagnostic process for a wide range of patients. Life Labs also provides first aid training, continuing education opportunities, and excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement. This is a part-time role (up to 20 hours per week) with shifts that vary between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday. Rotation of morning/mid/evening shifts. In this role you will: Unpack and sort a wide variety of incoming specimens received from sources including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and mobile Life Labs technicians.
