Our ideal candidate will have dealership this could be automotive, commercial vehicle or off-highway experience, although for the right candidate this is not essential. Hybrid role – Ideal locations – Birmingham, Smethwick, Solihull, West Bromwich, Halesowen, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Coventry, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Cannock££Competitive Salary + pension + healthcare + car allowance The Role Provide leadership to the companies finance department with direct responsibility for a team of 5. Support the Senior Management team in business planning, forecasting and creating and managing budgets. Define, implement and oversee procedures for the finance department. Use financial modelling to simulate potential scenarios. Perform financial analysis on the company to predict and manage financial health. Monitor spending and create budgets. Ensure adherence to national and international financial regulations. Oversee the company’s payroll and bookkeeping system. Work with financial institutes and represent the company in these meetings.
