This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the Commissioner's plan to restore public trust and confidence. Position: Civilian Investigator Location: Southwark Police Station, Central London Contract: Full-time, Long-term Pay Rate: £20.08 per hour Key Responsibilities: Take statements with precision. Handle disclosure requirements proficiently. Maintain the highest standards of integrity. Key Duties: 'Actions' based tasks, directed by a DS. Statement-taking, CCTV review, and other investigative tasks. Requirements: Proven experience as an investigator. Proficient in statement-taking and disclosure. High standards of integrity. Location and Travel: London-based, with borough travel. Expenses covered for additional travel costs. Work Arrangements: Office-based for 4 days, remote work 1 day initially non-negotiable. Potential for more remote work once embedded. Transferable Skills: Candidates with NCA or customs investigations experience are encouraged to apply.
