The ideal candidate will have strong deal experience and be admitted to the State Bar. Duties:Draft and review legal documents related to structured finance transactions.Provide legal counsel on a variety of financial structures and asset types.Conduct due diligence and analysis of legal issues related to finance transactions.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to facilitate successful deal execution.Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and industry trends in structured finance. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admitted to the State Bar.Demonstrated experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.Proven track record of handling complex legal matters related to finance transactions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar. Skills:Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools. Preferred Qualifications:Experience across a variety of asset types and structures in the structured finance domain.Additional certifications or advanced degrees related to finance law.Familiarity with the financial regulations and laws applicable to structured finance transactions.
