You will be working with the finance and sales department and will play an important role in analyzing financial data, strategizing sales initiatives, and ensuring alignment between financial goals and sales objectives. This position demands a blend of financial acumen, sales insight, and analytical progress. Responsibilities: Analyze financial data, including budgets, revenue, expenses, and forecasts. Provide insights into financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with financial targets. Utilize financial insights to guide sales strategies and pricing models. Assist in budget creation, financial planning, and forecasting. Monitor budget adherence and provide recommendations to ensure financial targets are met. Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track sales performance against financial goals. Act as a liaison between the Finance and Sales departments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment of objectives. Identify potential financial risks within sales initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth or diversification. Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and implementing best practices within the intersection of finance and sales. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
