The Predictive Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating workers engaged in the predictive maintenance activities within the mechanical maintenance department including vibration and collection analysis, oil sampling and analysis and thermal imaging and analysis and managing projects for plant improvements and upgrades. This role is located at the St Marys Cement plant in St Marys, Ontario. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? The ideal candidate will have a college degree or technical diploma in a mechanical field plus 2-5 years related experience in a similar role; Vibration Category-II certificate is a must Experience on rotating equipment Experience in heavy industry like mining, oil & gas, building materials, construction or paper mill Has a strong desire to lead a team and mentor their development; Has the ability to document and follow procedures; is a constructive thinker and can analyze, interpret and evaluate situations;.
