Business Development Manager (BDM) - Business Intelligence (BI) Sector Location: Glasgow, UKSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Unlimited Commission We are on the lookout for dynamic Business Development Managers to join our growing IT company in the Business Intelligence field, based in Glasgow. This role is a perfect fit for those passionate about initiating new business, predominantly through cold calling, while also managing various stakeholders throughout the sales process. Your Role: Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calling to uncover new business opportunities. Establish and maintain relationships with leading industry vendors. Conduct thorough discovery calls to set the stage for effective product demos. Perform engaging demonstrations of our BI solutions. Collaborate with our sales and technical team to provide customized BI solutions to clients. Consistently aim to meet and exceed sales targets. Who We're Looking For: Individuals with B2B experience. Candidates excited about IT and BI, eager to learn and advance. Experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and new business generation. Strong in communication and relationship building.
