Sales Executive (Shared Ownership) Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, to cover sites in North East, Cumbria and Lancashire Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) working Monday to Friday Salary: £27,000 plus up to £250 per plot sold and great benefits including Health cash plan Home, a place where you belong Join us in our fantastic role of Sales Executive supporting our customers who are interested in buying one of our newly built Persona homes. You’ll support all sales activity across our North East and Cumbria areas, ensuring that every contact is maximised, with no sales opportunities missed. You’ll be mainly selling our shared ownership homes but will also assist with outright sales from 2–5-bedroom detached homes with lots of variety on house styles and sites. Typical day as a Sales Executive Providing outstanding customer service sales assistance, building strong relationships with potential customers and being our expert on Shared Ownership, our developments, house types and features. Carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progress sales. You will be with our customers every step of the way, working hard on their behalf to help their dream home become a reality. You’ll help us to ensure quality standards are always adhered to, including checks on unsold houses and customer completion demonstrations. Selling all houses on our developments ahead of planned timescales with customers recommending us to family and friends.
