The Role: As a Room Manager, you will contribute to the daily operations that includes daily care and well-being of infants in the baby room. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support Create and manage schedules for baby room staff to ensure adequate coverage Collaborate on age-appropriate activities and routines that support infant development. Create a stimulating environment, encourage responsibility, and support childrens transitions. Attend staff meetings, develop partnerships with parents, and stay updated on childcare policies. Plan for key-children, observe achievements, and ensure effective safeguarding procedures. Adherence to company policies, including the Code of Conduct, and flexibility in undertaking requested duties. Requirements: Previously worked as a Room Manager, Room Leader, or in a similar role. Relevant experience in early childhood education. Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and childcare legislation.
