Reporting to the C&B Managers, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the C&B department and overseeing the team to ensure guest expectations are met. Requirements: A minimum of 1 year’s previous experience at Banqueting at supervisory level. Excellent food and beverage knowledge. Computer literacy. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
