Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. • Direct visitors to the appropriate department or individual. • Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the relevant team members. • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Administrative Duties: • Manage and schedule appointments and meetings. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory Security and Access Control: • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the security of the facility. • Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as necessary.
