Permanent, Monday - Friday The Client: Our client is a well-established automotive firm, supplying the full range of commercial trucks, pre-owned trucks, trailers, and vans and provide outstanding service to their customers. The Role: As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with shift supervisors to oversee technicians, including tracking productivity, efficiency, and identifying training requirements. Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operations of the Depot Lead the workshop as an experienced manager Ensure HGV Technicians work efficiently. Maximise productivity and adhere to deadlines. Ensure work is done to correct standards and complies with H&S requirements. Requirements: Previously worked as a Service Manager, Service Team Leader, or in a similar role. Must have automotive workshop experience and understanding of Tachograph station Management & Compliance Technical knowledge with exceptional customer service.
