The Role Key purpose of the role is the delivery of customer focussed repairs and maintenance and voidservices, ensuring high levels of performance, productivity, quality and cost-effective servicesaligned to the clients vision and values. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: provide leadership and management for an operational delivery team of operatives/trades, supervisors, administrators, planners and schedulersprovide effective management of voids, responsive and out of hours and by harnessing performance, continuous improvement and collaboration across the businesschampion health and safety management, ensuring compliance with regulatory health, safety and welfare standards and providing ownership and accountability for high-risk activities The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require a full UK driving licence and a RICS or CIOB accredited degree, or equivalent, and / or strong equivalent experience built up through your working profession.
