Job Title: Assistant Hotel Business Controller Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Salary: €3000 – €3700 gross per month Are you looking to be part of a successful and well established hotel group This remarkable hotel group is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Hotel Business Controller to join their team in their office in Amsterdam. As the assistant financial controller, you will be the an important team member in the finance team since besides knowing what is going on regarding finance, you will also coach the team to achieve the best results, carry out the usual audits. The role: Prepare financial statements to summarize and forecast the company’s financial status. Produce and manages balance sheets and analyze future earnings and expenses. Assist with management of accounting, auditing and budgeting within the organization. Support with preparations for audits. Work to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances. Ensure compliance with and prepare reports according to applicable government regulations. Use accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports. Delegate accounting tasks to junior accounting staff. Coordinate with and prepares reports for CFO and upper management. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. This is you: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly skilled in math, accounting and financial processeinteractioncellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and highly organized Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize taskinteractioncellent critical thinking skills Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field master’s preferred Job Title: Assistant Hotel Business Controller Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Salary: €3000 – €3700 gross per month Are you interested If you would like to have.
