The Role: As a Finance Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Finance Manager to manage financial operations and maintaining records, handling payment and invoicing processes. Responsibilities: Input data into ledgers and process BACs payments. Maintain and prepare Bank Reconciliation. Conduct Credit Control and debt chasing. Assist in financial statement production and reporting. Ensure accurate and swift accounting data input. Organise workload for timely monthly reporting. Ensure prompt payment of invoices and resolve finance-related queries. Aid in end-of-year preparation and procedures. Provide financial support to team members. Requirements: Previously worked as a Finance Assistant, Account Assistant or in a similar role. Proven experience in a finance department. Background in SAGE Accountancy Software.
