Purpose The Contingent Workforce Management team serves as the centre of excellence for external talent resources at Scotiabank for business line leaders and managers across the globe. We serve to enhance the end user experience by providing legendary service and support, external talent management and compliance adherence to the Bank's governing policies. Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible to contribute to the overall success of the external workforce program globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. You will also be responsible to ensure all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Key Accountabilities Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge while providing exemplary customer service and a high level of service quality to hiring managers. Ensures all compliance, governance and financial requirements are met for the contingent workforce program, suppliers, and workers: CWM Policy & impacts of Bank policies (WSS Policy, Employment after Retirement Policy, Accommodation in the Workplace Policy, etc. ) as they relate to CWM and/or Scotia Contractor. Manage compliance, audit and risk issues related to contingent workforce, including reporting, resolution, day to day issues and business line escalations. Proactively meeting with BLs regularly, involved in all external workforce activities and workforce planning. In partnership with the managed services provider for contingent workforce management, ensures any changes to regulatory requirements are reflected in Scotiabank processes and Policy, handle day to day issues and escalations.
