ABOUT THE ROLE Our company has an ambitious growth plan to reach our audiences via digital channels with various new products and services. We are looking for a talented and dependable assistant to work directly with the founder and the general manager to help them organise their daily schedule. In addition, you'll be: Updating Trello on tasks that have to be done, are in progress, and have been completed. Communicating with the employees Arranging meetings Receiving and responding to emails Performing research as needed Maintaining the filing system Acting as a communication relay, making sure all parties receive the necessary information. Making travel arrangements Creating and reconciling the expense reports This internship role involves an initial trial of 1-4 months (depending on your skill level and level of commitment) that is unpaid. If you are successful in the trial, you will be offered a permanent position within our team. Many interns have ended up becoming key members of the company.
