Responsibilities: Manage private M&A transactions and asset sales Oversee reorganisations and fundraisings Handle EIS/SEIS investments and shareholder exits Administer share schemes and draft shareholders agreements Requirements: Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
