For this CNC Miller we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess: Online and offline programing using Heidenhain TNC 640 contouring control. Setting and operating large horizontal manual and CNC boring machinery. Machining of fabricated and casting components from 0.5mtr to 10mtrs up to a maximum weight of 35 tons. Machining of high precision gearing components and small parts. Lifting of large components of complicated shapes and mass. Working with complex drawings and high accuracy machining tolerances. Working as part of a skilled department, improving processes by time and motion processes and tooling selection Experienced CNC Miller or Horizontal borer and you have worked with large cassings.
