CCTV Operator – Manchester Temp Vacancy Pay Rate: £20.00ph Full-Time 37 hours Job Purpose: Administration duties, looking at and processing requests coming in ensuring that data legislation is adhered to and considering how the data is used and transferred to other parties. Downloading footage Dealing with Police and evidential requests Download and process Tf GM CCTV network footage requests for transport, investigative and evidential related purposes Ensuring all relevant documentations is received, quality checked and assured for compliance, prior to footage release Co-ordination of CCTV image sharing with stakeholders Work within the compliance and remit of Tf GM CCTV Code of Practice, GDPR and Information Governance Close liaison and working with Tf GM Operational Control Centre Staff, Data Protection and Information Governance teams on a daily basis Will deal with bus operators - 11 cameras on bus, decipher which camera information is correct and which footage is needed. Requirements: SIA accreditation - CCTV accreditation Be able to question compliancy - people will be in control centre to give some support but need to be able check and challenge Control room type background Emergency services or Utility companieinteractionperience of working in a busy environment Attention to detail Methodical, ability to challenge and check Be able to know how to download footage. Will teach them our system Central Video Cloud Management System CVCMS. Milestone system and all the on bus CCTV cameras link into the system. Investigate requests - to see which camera it would be for the footage to download and transfer information.
