We are looking for a talented individual; to join a multi award winning design practice either in London or Manchester. This practice works across a diverse range of sectors including public realm, urban parks, educational and campus projects. The role is for a Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for design and delivery whilst also overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand and address design requirements Develop and present creative design proposals, incorporating both aesthetic and functional elements Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental backssments Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Liaise with contractors and oversee construction activities to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on project design and delivery Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute preferable Proficiency in relevant design software, such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Revit an advantage Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders In-depth knowledge of UK planning policies, regulations, and environmental best practices.
