Summary of Position: The Regional Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and activating the Morphe and M2 Regional Marketing strategy across all of the EMEA & ANZ channels - our owned retail stores (DTC), Wholesale partners and , in line with the Global Brand & Marketing strategy. They will lead the development of holistic 360 Regional Marketing plans; activating and amplifying the Global Marketing Strategy, Campaigns and Content and commercializing the Innovation and Marketing Calendar with consistency across all Consumer & Channel touchpoints. They will develop full funnel Digital media plans to drive brand equity, reach and positive ROI across all channels and touchpoints. With budget ownership, they will need to optimize the Marketing & Media budgets to drive brand equity, revenue and profit in line with brand & regional strategy and targets. They will be responsible for Regional Trade Marketing, Regional Ecommerce, Regional PR & IR as well as Regional Visual Merchandising. This is a hybrid. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
