Purpose The Contingent Workforce Management team serves as the centre of excellence for external talent resources at Scotiabank for Business Line leaders and managers across the globe. We serve to enhance the end user experience by providing service, support, and guidance on, external talent management and compliance adherence to the Bank's governing policies. Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, the Relationship Manager is responsible to contribute to the overall success of the external workforce program globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. You will also be responsible to ensure all activities are conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Key Accountabilities Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge while providing exemplary customer service and a high level of service quality to hiring managers. Ensures all compliance, governance and financial requirements are met for the contingent workforce program, suppliers, and external workers. Proactively meeting with Business Lines regularly, involved in all external workforce activities and workforce planning, must be comfortable in dealing with and presenting to all levels within the organization including senior Executives Participates in the creation of dashboards and metrics, is data-savvy and able to glean insights to consult with key stakeholders on further opportunities to plan and improve the management of external workers. In partnership with the managed services provider for contingent workforce management, identifies and suggests changes and improvements to Scotiabank processes and Policy, handles day to day issues and.
