The Municipal Property backssment Corporation (MPAC) is Ontario’s property expert. We create and maintain a comprehensive database of information for each of the more than five million properties in Ontario. We are responsible for delivering property values, insights and services to taxpayers, municipalities, governments and businesses. Job Description What makes you great for this role? You are a leader who can manage, develop and implement backssment programs, including the backssment information request program as well as other key industry and research initiatives related to traceability and transparency, backssment quality, and industry outreach. We have: A team of highly skilled, dedicated and collaborative staff Leadership that supports you An enterprise that embraces change A work environment that has flexible work locations (including remote), hours of work and overall employee wellness support You have: Successful completion of a post-secondary education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communication, Commerce, Economics or related field At least 5 years of experience in business planning, project management, stakeholder relations, including experience with change management initiatives Knowledge of and experience with property backssment, project management and planning, change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and business case development Experience in qualitative and quantitative research, analysis and issues-based problem solving to investigate and backss a broad range of issues Excellent report writing, editing and verbal communications/client relations and presentation skills, to build plans and briefings to support the successful management of programs and liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external Proven leadership skills to build, lead and manage a team of professionals, influence stakeholders and provide strategic advice Effective interpersonal skills with peer and senior leadership Advanced.
