The Security Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will support the Area and Regional Security Managers in all elements of the Corporate Security program for the client's corporate locations throughout United Kingdom and Nordic countries. The Manager is involved with the implementation of security programs, operational management, investigations, and security backssments and mitigation solutions. Essential Functions: 1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. 2. Support the Area Security Manager and Regional Security Manager to build trust with internal client customers by delivering best-in-class services focused on enhancing the safety and security of all employees. 3. Responsible for implementing security plans, policies, and programs. 4. Drive day-to-day tactical security operations at the client corporate locations in support and development of strategic program plans. 5. Support and conduct mock drills and table-top exercises. 6. Assist in conducting comprehensive site security backssments and close potential gaps in the security controls. 7. Manage investigations involving security breaches and workplace security incidents with confidentiality and sensitively. 8. Develop and deliver security awareness training programs. 9. Track, monitor, and improve operational efficiency, security system health, and site performance. 10. Support security design and operations at new facilities. 11. Assist with the review, evaluation, and effectiveness of the guard force performance. 12. Support project work packages to ensure delivery of milestones and achievement of team goals. 13. Conduct special event coordination and other safety, security, or business continuity initiatives. 14. Align and implement Corporate Security program metrics, goals, and strategic direction across functional areas in support of the overall team mission. 15. All other duties, as assigned.
