Responsibilities: Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs Preparing and negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions Collaborating with project managers to develop cost-effective solutions Monitoring and controlling project costs and budgets Evaluating and advising on contractual claims and variations Conducting risk backssments and cost control Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations Providing regular reports on project financial performance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related fieldyears of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Strong analytical and problem-solving skillinteractioncellent communication and negotiation abilities Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
