Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive assistance and support in driving convention sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in the MICE sector, particularly in chain hotels, and who can seamlessly work from home. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Director of Convention Sales, assisting in the development and execution of convention sales strategies Contribute valuable insights and support in generating leads, attracting clients, and securing business opportunities Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of events and conventions Actively participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients Utilize your expertise in the MICE sector to provide innovative solutions and enhance sales performance Ensure timely and accurate reporting to facilitate informed decision-making processes What We Require: Immediate availability to start Preferred experience in convention sales or a couple of years in the MICE sector within chain hotels Proficiency in German and English is mandatory for effective communication Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location; our headquarters is based in Berlin Passion for the MICE industry with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities What We Offer: Opportunity to work remotely from.
