The Role In this position you will build various equipment for heating systems, for customers across North America. We have General Laborer opportunities across many of our departments in Orillia, and across two of our shifts. The shifts are: Days (7am to 3pm) and Afternoons (3pm to 11pm) What You Will Do Review traveler/job package and drawings Find and use proper materials Test equipment or any parts necessary (e. g. elements) Assembly of the product in proper sequence as instructed and by operation date Test and make sure the product is correct to all specifications provided on Job Traveler and release to QC Make sure parts are free of damage before use Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager Knowledge & Qualifications Grade 12 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent math skills Ability to read drawings and tape measure What You Bring To This Role Strong communication, reading and writing skills Ability to use hand and power tools Outstanding hand/eye coordination Ability to stand, bend and twist Team player High regard for safety.
