Key Responsibilities Payroll Reports to Payroll Supervisor Works directly with the head office and operations team Process payroll timely and accurately for 35-450 union and non-union employees Collection of all automated and manual timecards for all hourly employees including the division and local offices. Follow up on any missing timecards or information. Review and correction of all errors within the Heavy Job files Exporting of all Heavy Job files into JDE Log batches into payroll tracking sheet to ensure payroll is captured for all hourly employees Assist with preliminary review of all employee’s time, including RT, OT, DT, LOA’s, shift differentials, stat holidays, etc. Liaise with operations on timecard issues Ensure manual adjustments are reviewed and entered into JDE Assist with payroll and compliance reporting Assist with new hires and records of employment Will co-ordinate.
