The Role: As a Debt Recovery Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Debt Recovery team, ensuring confidentiality and client focus. Undertake tasks ranging from data entry to diary management, Duties: Efficiently support Debt Recovery team with administrative tasks Participate in obtaining new instructions from clients Process debt recovery procedures, including issuing claim forms and monitoring payments Produce accurate computer-generated reports Assist Debt Recovery Manager as needed Prepare monthly reports for internal and external clients Conduct routine bill chasing and invoice issuance Requirements Previous experience working as a Debt Recovery Administrator or in a similar role.
