This is an amazing opportunity to join a young but incredibly well-established beer brand that has been growing constantly over the last few years. Not only do they offer a fantastic range of beers, but they are also champions of Hospitality. The Finance Manager will work as a key part of the finance team and will perform key financial control and management across the business covering Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and Control, Financial Planning and Analysis and Management Reporting in the business. Job Description Provide Finance support to the overall business, covering Brewing, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Administration plus the retail site. Play a key role in the production of month-end accounts, with a focus on the production of monthly management accounts covering all areas of the business including balance sheet and cashflows. Working with the Finance Director, ensure that effective monthly reports are produced, leading to the provision of high-quality reporting covering all areas of the business. Provision of insight and Analysis into monthly reporting, including managing reviews with the site General Manager. Attend monthly reviews, ensuring COGS performance is reviewed with accurate and timely data, with improvement actions identified and reviewed. Assist in the production of weekly KPI reporting covering the general business, including the provision of 13-week rolling cashflow reports. Working with the Finance Director and General Management team, play a key role in pulling together budgets and forecasts for the business, ensuring that all stakeholders are included in the process and that ownership of the numbers is taken at the respective levels. Assist in the management of all finance systems Xero. Support the in the building of business cases for any CAPEX proposals within the business.
