Your opportunity: Under the general direction of the CAO and working as a part of the Financial Services team, the Financial and Administrative Assistant provides financial support to the Department of the Ecology & Evolutionary Biology department. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating the recruitment of teaching assistants, course instructors, sessional lecturers and/or stipend instructors Interpreting guidelines to determine the eligibility of graduate students for teaching assistantships Planning.
