Job Benefits: Consistent Schedule: Monday-Friday Good Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Competitive Pay: $13/hour Opportunities to Advance: $1 raise after 60 days Great Location: 40223 Qualifications Live within 15-20 minutes from jobsite Reliable transportation Clean background check Must be at least 18 years old Responsibilities: Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked and well-maintained. Handle waste disposal and recycling activities in an environmentally responsible manner. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and public spaces. Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and hazard-free workplace.
