Job description Tradebe are looking for a Business Development Manager within our Automotive Waste Solutions team based in the UK. Main purpose of job The AWS Business Development Manager will be directly responsible for working with the AWS Commercial Director in the ongoing development of profitable AWS customer accounts and the long-term retention, by way of efficient and professional account management, of all AWS customer Contracts and Accounts. This will be a home based role with travel to customers/ sites. We offer Salary £40,000 - £45,000. 20% bonus Private Healthcare 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Car Allowance, or Company Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme. Retain the profitability and Contract worthiness of existing customer accounts. Manage key accounts within their field of responsibility in and committed, efficient and professional manner. Resolve key account issues quickly and efficiently. Create and deliver all required monthly reports in a timely manner. The ongoing growth of profitable AWS customer accounts. Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a calm, efficient and professional manner at the highest level. Overall key customer retention and relationship building. Enthusiasm and.
