Role Overview: The project presents a holistic view of the farm to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase the health and resilience of the farm by looking at natural capital and biodiversity. The successful candidate will ensure the successful, smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the project, implement and manage the project operations, and ensure close co-operation between partners so that all project deliverables and milestones can be achieved. The project manager will also manage the writing and submission of reporting into the main funding agency (SFI) ensuring that the scope and timelines of the research project are on schedule, and that the project meets all its mandatory research reporting requirements. The Role Working closely with partners to ensure timely co-operation and execution of project tasks, deliverables and milestones. Ensure that the flow of materials, data and personnel secondment/visits between partners is efficient and timely. Ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions of the project are executed properly. Implement operational management systems, processes, policies, procedures and best practice. Contribute information and recommendations related to projects strategic plans. Assist and project manage in project audits including review process by the funding agency. Leading the preparation and dissemination of project information for stakeholders and industry partners, including newsletters, annual symposium, Shinagh visits, farmer training events and reports. Close co-operation with public engagement and communications personnel Oversee Financial management of the programme and liaise closely with Bi Orbic finance manager. Stakeholder management in all key project aspects. Manage relationships and support all partners to ensure the successful and consistent implementation of the project.
