A leading Surrey hospital for specialist elective healthcare is now looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with experience in cancer therapies to join the team within the on-site shop. Fully “Good”-rated by the CQC, the hospital offers independent medical and surgical care across diverse clinical specialties, seeing NHS and self-funded patients from Surrey, Hampshire and beyond. The shop team is closely tied to each area of the hospital, from the surgical process to the management of chronic pain, osteoporosis, urinary issues, and many other complex conditions; in particular, Clinical Pharmacists play a crucial role within the hospital’s highly upgraded, MQEM-awarded oncology unit, supporting the delivery of SACT treatments as one approach to comprehensive cancer care offered by the team. As Senior Clinical Pharmacist, you will work closely with the medical consultants to backss, treat, and counsel patients who require advanced medical interventions, always striving for the best outcome possible for each individual. As the department continues to grow, you will be able to take advantage of substantial opportunities for clinical progression, especially within the oncology specialism. This is a permanent, full-time 37.5h position for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist with oncology experience.
