You will be responsible for a small team in charge of sales ledger invoices and rent payments. Job title: Accounts Payable Team Lead Location: Didsbury Contract Type: Temp – 3 months We are currently seeking a Account Receivable Team Lead to join our clients team in Didsbury. You will be responsible for a small team in charge of sales ledger invoices and rent payments. Key Responsibilities: Uploading and posting Universal Credit, ALLPAY, Housing Benefits, and Cashbook transactions. Updating suspense account transactions. Collaborating with internal colleagues to address tenant queries. Processing sales ledger cash, intercompany, and sales invoices. Managing the processing of dunning letters and statements. Responding to queries from the shared Accounts Receivable inbox within the SLA timescale. Ensuring completion of Month End Procedures within the SLA timescale. Assisting and supporting other team members as needed. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in Account Receivable and/or Sales Ledger functions. Demonstrated experience in cross-organisational collaboration and engaging stakeholders. Proficiency in using the full range of Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in your work. The ability to find information efficiently and resolve problems effectively.
