They are looking for a Regional manager with multi-site experience to join their team. You have previous experience in the Netherlands or at an international level in fast casual restaurants and you have achieved excellent results. As a Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational success and growth of the company. Your responsibilities will involve implementing strategies, ensuring operational excellence, fostering team development, and maintaining brand standards across multiple locations. The role: Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants. Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures. Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and improve overall performance. Financial Management: Drive revenue growth and profitability across the region. Monitor financial reports, budgets, and P&L statements. Identify areas for cost control and revenue enhancement. Recruit, train, and develop managerial talent within the region. Provide guidance and support to managers to enhance their leadership and operational skills. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and high performance. Ensure consistent quality of food, service, and cleanliness standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain brand integrity.
