Job Summary The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for leading facility projects across the nation, managing multiple project portfolios, and providing functional and operational support while providing the highest level of client satisfaction. Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Facilities Project Managers , we’d ask you to do the following for us: • Oversee, lead, and coordinate facilities management programs nationally for multiple accounts/portfolios and provide functional and operational administration of facilities soft services. • Supports the development of Project Management processes and procedures for Facilities Services. • Develop risk backssment for projects determining strategies in liaison with others to ensure the least disruption from the project while ensuring risks are within the risk tolerance of the client. • Develops and manages capital improvement projects and small projects, including the planning, budgeting, organization, and coordination of construction design and engineering, including bidding, project execution, quality assurance, closeout, and project turnover for operations and maintenance. • Monitors and evaluates activities on assigned projects by tracking progress, managing project documentation (including plans, specifications, RFIs, schedules, submittals, budgets, reviewing change orders, and.
