Position Overview: Responsibilities include strategic design as well as execution of sales enablement initiatives to support both Food and Beverage & Health business unit growth, business development, and other related activities to support meeting sales and profit objectives (including tradeshows and industry events. Translates consumer and market insights into customer-facing engagement enablers. Responsibilities : • Identify and implement growth initiatives and segment trend forecasting • Design and develop proactive flavor marketing platform tools and campaigns • Develop & own customer revenue cycle for key segments • Support Demo Ideation with Technical team • Provide strategic and tactical coordination with internal partners such as sales, global marketing, culinary, sensory as well as external advertising, design, market research, and PR agencies • Develop compelling customer communication (story building and telling) that connects market and consumer data to the customer and.
