The role The successful candidate must be able to undertake all aspects of the Conveyancing process including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and mortgage, undertaking residential sales and purchase fee earning work. Offering a very competitive salary from £30,000 £45,000 for the right candidate and experience. About you My client is looking for an individual who is ideally qualified as a solicitor or a Conveyancer. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years conveyancing experience, along with being able to cope under pressure and computer literate. Previous experience working in residential, freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, and mortgage experience.
