Hardware Engineering Manager – Permanent – Winnersh – 12 month FTC A leading manufacturing organisation based in Berkshire are looking for Hardware Engineering Manager to join their engineering team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The main focus of this role is to provide leadership and management of engineering teams day to day through specific team managers Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics. Hardware Engineering Manager – Permanent – Winnersh – 12 month FTC A leading manufacturing organisation based in Berkshire are looking for Hardware Engineering Manager to join their engineering team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The main focus of this role is to provide leadership and management of engineering teams day to day through specific team managers Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics. As the Hardware Engineering Manager, you will support and encourage the growth and development of managers, associates engineering teams through an active programme of regular face to face reviews and coaching. You will also review, analyse, and update manufacturing documentation e. g. manufacturing & test procedures, Bills of Material, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, jig, fixture & test equipment documentation. You will set up manufacturing and assembly processes, assembly jigs and fixtures, application of poka-yoke principles and robust process design techniques. As the Hard3are Engineering Manager you will be responsible for injection moulding process and tooling suitable for low to medium volume applications and Validation & verification activities for new process, engineering changes, process, and product, ideally with Medical industry experience knowledge of validation planning, TMV, IQ, OQ, PQ processes and appropriate quality systems c GMP, CFR820, ISO13485In order to be considered for this role you will hold an Engineerign degree and have worked in a highly regulated manufacturing engineering environment ideally electro-mechanical devices.
