We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on our School contract in Lincoln Key Responsibilities: Managing works in excess of 10 million pounds minimum Managing onsite subcontractors and paper work and payments Carrying out pricing works and valuations and ensuring budget is kept to as well as EOTSManaging costings on site and producing monthly reports Carrying out projects such as : Roofing maintenance, Window/Door replacements, Brick Repairs/Rebuild, Internal Refurbs and new builds/Fire Proofing Understanding of NEC and JCT D&B Contracts Ensuring health and safety is being met on site at all times Essential Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying Experience working in the construction/building services industry Skilled in Microsoft packages Clean DBS If you are interested in this Quantity Surveyors position, please send us a copy.
