Join a role that will offer you a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experiences within the education sector where you will be providing a range of administrative tasks. no 2 days will be the same In the Project Support Administrator job, you will be: Maintaining an effective filing system ensuring that paperwork is fully completed in accordance with project requirements Organise internal and external meetings with stakeholders as well as other specific events Providing support to the team as required, including research, monitoring and planning using Gantt Recording minutes for internal and external meetings and ensure they are available to relevant members of the team Other Administration duties as and when required To be considered for the Project Support Administration role you must have: Exceptional organisation, time keeping and communication skills Great IT skills including all Microsoft packages Ability to work on your own initiative Minute taking experience This is a part time role working Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Wednesday’s over 22.5 hours per week. This is a temporary role until the end of February 2024 however could turn fixed term December 2024 for the right candidate. Offering an hourly rate of £11.84 per hour holiday pay.
