We are seeking a CNC Operator II for our Burlington facility. Rotating shift: 1st (7:00am-3:15pm) and 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm). One week per rotation. This is a unionized role with a starting rate of $36.90/hour. Job Responsibilities: Set up work and tooling and is deemed competent on machining equipment and operations for all CNC equipment, Manual Lathes & Mills, Saws including but not limited to milling, boring, turning and drilling without supervision. Must have the ability to sharpen their own tools. Must have ability to interpret drawings, create manual program (Manual Data Input), edit CNC programs, inspect machined product using appropriate Inspection, Measuring and Test equipment. Able to provide input for continuous improvement in machine operations [e. g. tooling life, surface speeds and feeds]. Job Skill and Qualifications Required High School Graduate, with five to seven years’ experience with several CNC machines. Ability to read and interpret documents such as complex drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and assembly procedures. Preferred Bachelor’s degree or associate diploma. Seven to ten years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Celeros Flow Technology is an equal-opportunity employer.
