Statutory Sales Executive Newcastle – our fab new office at One Strawberry Lane and from home Permanent, Full Time (37.5hpw) Salary circa £30,000 per annum, plus Brilliant Benefits! Home a place where you belong We have fabulous job opportunity for you to join our awesome (and growing) team. The Statutory Sales and Resales team help our customers achieve their home ownership goals. We’re based at our Head Office in Newcastle upon Tyne and our London Offices, but we look after all customers across the country! We’re growing the team to help us achieve our key objectives, and that’s where you come in! Your task will be to meet (and exceed! ) our sales income and targets. You’ll give our customers (current and potential) a fantastic customer focussed experience, which promotes our home ownership services all the way! About our team You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about helping the business achieve its key objective of building (and selling) 10,000 homes! To us were not just a team we’re a ‘work family’. There will be 15 of us in the team (when we finish recruiting) and we don’t just love to support our customers, we’re there for each other too! About you You come from a property sales environment and thrive on using your marketing and sales techniques. You know your resales from your staircasing and statutory sales and be able to deal with them from start to finish! You’re a real people person with superb customer service and interpersonal skills. You’re comfortable working with digital marketing media and love to use your excellent IT skills to benefit all. What you don’t know now, you will soon pick up with your great ability to learn! Here at Home Group, we have invested heavily in our technological infrastructure, so it’s really important to us that you’re technologically savvy.
